The HAUG.Mercure series offers reliable gas recovery and booster compression for a variety of gases, including helium, SF6, oxygen, nitrogen, and natural gas. Designed with a hermetically sealed, wear-free drive and gas-tight motor connection, this compressor ensures leak-free performance up to 16 bar(abs) suction pressures, even for dry or explosive gases. Developed by HAUG Sauer, the Mercure series provides flexible configurations, including an OEM-friendly ‘Incomplete’ model with integrated cooling for seamless integration. Its modular design allows precise customization, meeting the demands of diverse industrial applications with cost-effective, energy-efficient solutions.

- Ultra-low leak rate < 0.0001 mbar l/s for high environmental safety
- Air-cooled with motor power from 3.0 to 5.5 kW
- Rotary speeds from 970 to 1430 RPM
- Intake pressure up to 232 psi(abs), discharge up to 1464 psi(abs)
- Configurable with 2 cylinders, 1- or 2-stage compression
